The Fiduciary Case Aide is an entry-level position that plays a vital role in supporting the fiduciary operations that safeguard vulnerable adults and individuals under guardianship or conservatorship. This cross-functional position combines administrative and field-based responsibilities and offers a structured pathway toward becoming a licensed fiduciary in Arizona. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed fiduciary, the Fiduciary Case Aide collaborates closely with fiduciaries, clinical teams, attorneys, financial staff, and community partners to ensure that clients receive ethical, effective, and compassionate support. This role is ideal for a mission-driven individual seeking to begin a career in fiduciary services or public service. The ideal candidate is adaptable and able to work independently. They must possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrate sound judgment, and be comfortable working with diverse and at-risk populations. This position provides mentorship, training, and exposure to fiduciary casework, preparing the successful candidate to qualify for licensure after one (1) to three (3) years of employment, based on education and pursuant to A.C.J.A. §7-202(E).
