About The Position
The Fiberglass Technician performs various skills on varying items.
Requirements
- Ability to prepare a pattern and pull a tool or a part.
- Ability to assemble and install fabricated pans.
- Basic knowledge of plastic materials, adhesive and fasteners.
- Four-year experience in fiberglass assembly and polyester resin hand laminating.
- Good mechanical skills.

- Level 3: Applies full specialized skills and knowledge with 5+ years of experience
- Level 4: Applies expert level of knowledge, skills with 7+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Hand laminating, working a chopper gun, and rolling out fiberglass materials.
- Vacuum forms and bonds plastics such as ABS, kydex, polycarb and plex.
- Ability to grind fiberglass With power hand tools both In shop and on Rides.
- Removing and repairing various materials and surfaces. Such as, install various seatbelts and change out upholstery.
- Fabricating pans from polyester resin and urethane foam.
