About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and completing tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision. The position requires adherence to all NOV Company policies, including those related to Health, Safety, and Environment, as well as Quality guidelines. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Willing & able to work overtime as required.
• Standing, Walking, Bending/Stooping, Push/Pull, and Repetitive Movement up to 8-12 hours daily.
• Regularly lifting 15lbs, occasionally lifting up to 50lbs.
• Minimum of three years of verifiable work history.
• Ability to learn technical processes, repair, and assembly procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and sound judgment.
• Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and consistent attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment needed to perform job.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Completes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
• Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

• Comply with all NOV Quality policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work overtime and shift schedules as required.
• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Perform bending, stooping, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Push and pull materials and equipment as needed.
• Read and follow basic drawings, instructions, and assembly procedures.
• Adapt to cross-training and support multiple areas of production.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
