About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Fiberglass Laminator / Roller focusing on small parts. The role involves using rollers to smooth out air bubbles and seams on decks, hulls, and small parts. The production schedule is Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m. - 3:45 p.m., with hours potentially varying based on production needs. The job operates in a manufacturing plant environment where employees routinely wear protective clothing and masks.

Responsibilities

• Release air bubbles and smooth seams using rollers
• Select precut fiberglass strips and place onto prepared molds
• Pat or press layers using brushes or hands to smooth out wrinkles
