Are you an experienced fiber technician looking for your next challenge? Join a growing team helping build out a state-of-the-art hyperscale data center. We're seeking skilled Fiber Technicians with strong fiber installation, termination, and testing experience who want to be part of large-scale, high-visibility infrastructure projects.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on fiber experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in an active construction environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work at heights when required

Nice To Haves

• Fiber optic cable installation
• Fiber termination and testing
• Copper termination
• Fluke testing experience
• Data center, structured cabling, or telecommunications projects
• Cable dressing and cable management

Responsibilities

• Pull, route, and install fiber optic cabling
• Perform fiber and copper terminations
• Test and troubleshoot cabling systems
• Read and follow blueprints and installation drawings
• Label, organize, and dress cable runs
• Install cable trays, pathways, and support systems
• Build and ground server racks
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
