The Fiber Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share for Master Builders Solutions' fiber technologies across the United States and Canada. This role develops and strengthens relationships with concrete producers, contractors, specifiers, architects, engineers, project owners, and other key industry stakeholders to identify and secure new business opportunities. Serving as both a sales leader and technical resource, the Fiber Sales Specialist provides expertise in fiber applications, product evaluations, customer trials, training, and troubleshooting while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and product development teams. The position is accountable for building and managing a robust sales pipeline, supporting new product introductions, identifying market trends and customer needs, and promoting innovative and sustainable solutions that deliver value to customers and drive long-term business growth.
