Fiber Internet Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Conexa Home Technologies is looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team in the Elk Grove/Sacramento, CA market. In this role, you'll go door-to-door and canvass residential and/or small business neighborhoods within your assigned territory, educating homeowners and business owners on our high-speed fiber internet services and closing sales in the field. This is a 100% commission-only position — there is no base salary or hourly pay. It's a high-energy, field-based sales role best suited for someone who thrives on face-to-face interaction, enjoys the freedom of managing their own daily schedule, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. Top performers earn $2,000-$4,000+ per week, paid weekly, with no cap on what you can make.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Sales experience preferred (door-to-door, retail, telecom, or outside sales a plus); motivated entry-level candidates encouraged to apply; training provided
- Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure and confident in your ability to drive your own results
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable personal vehicle required
- Acceptable driving record required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Personal smartphone required
- Must have access to required technology and apps needed to perform job
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking/standing for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
- Basic comfort with technology (tablets, CRM systems, mobile apps)

Responsibilities
- Canvass assigned territories within the Elk Grove/Sacramento, CA market via door-to-door outreach to generate new fiber internet sales
- Educate customers on available fiber internet and related services
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and KPIs
- Accurately complete sales orders and necessary documentation in required systems
- Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of daily activity, leads, and outcomes in the CRM
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and enthusiastically at all times
- Stay current on competitor offerings and market conditions within your territory
- Build and maintain positive relationships within neighborhoods and communities to support long-term referral business
- Other duties as assigned
