Productivity is monitored and improved through coaching and process enhancements. The supervisor approves off-standard hours, sets clear expectations, provides developmental opportunities, and fosters an engaged and inclusive work environment. Participation in the hiring process, training new hires, and resolving associate conflicts are also key responsibilities. The role involves sponsoring associates through change and responding to incidents or injuries, ensuring first aid response. Collaboration with other operational shifts is essential for consistent processes and expectations.
