About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is hiring seasonal Festive Workers for the period from December through early January. The roles offer an opportunity to gain experience with a hospitality team during the winter holiday season. Available roles include Astronomer in Residence, Lanai Cultural Advisor Helper, Ranch Attendant Helper, Targets Range Helper, Beach Attendant, Malibu Farm Dining Assistant, Banquet Server, Osteria Mozza Host/ess, Nobu Dining Assistant, Nobu Host/ess, Guest Services Bell Attendant, Floral Helpers, Spa Attendant, and Kids For All Seasons (KFAS) Attendant.

The hospitality business operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day, so scheduled days and times may vary based on business needs. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Food and beverage roles require a Tuberculosis (TB) clearance card as required by the Hawaii State Department of Health. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and pushing or pulling as needed during shifts; limits vary by selected role.
