About The Position

The Project Engineer Co-op provides engineering support in a plant manufacturing environment for one or two terms. The role offers hands-on, multidisciplinary experience and gives entry-level engineers visibility and responsibility, with assignments that have an impact on the facility. The co-op assists with planning and implementing capital projects intended to improve employee safety, production efficiencies, or product quality, while gaining a broad view of manufacturing. Opportunities are available at multiple USG manufacturing locations across the United States.

Requirements

• Must have completed at least the first term of sophomore year in school.
• Must be pursuing an engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil, Industrial, or Engineering Management.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75.
• Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
