About The Position

C3 Presents, owned by Live Nation Entertainment, is a major music festival producer, responsible for iconic events like Austin City Limits Music Festival and Lollapalooza. They are seeking a passionate and motivated intern for their paid Internship Program. This program offers students real-world exposure to the live entertainment industry, allowing them to apply academic knowledge to practical situations and develop essential skills. The internship is part-time, requiring 15-25 hours per week, with in-office availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in Austin, TX. The program runs from January 19, 2027, to May 6, 2027, concluding with the Spring semester.

Requirements

  • Must be in our Austin, TX office
  • Able to commit to 15-25 hours per week, with in-office availability Tuesday through Thursday
  • Ability to bring a personal laptop to the office

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and other obligations
  • Take meeting minutes or notes, create agendas, and assist with meeting preparation
  • Coordinate with vendors and submit required paperwork as needed
  • Research, develop, and assist with implementing sustainability initiatives
  • Support department staffing activities, including organizing and maintaining offer letters, timecards, and reimbursements
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks in the office and on-site, as requested
