About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is hiring Fence Installers to join their Tampa team. This is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with an established company, with paid training provided and opportunities for advancement for motivated team members. The role involves installing commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems using various materials like chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, and aluminum. Responsibilities include measuring and laying out fence lines, digging post holes, setting posts, installing components, using construction equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Requirements

• 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using basic construction tools and reading a tape measure
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems
• Work with chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing
• Measure and lay out fence lines according to project specifications
• Dig post holes, set posts, and install rails, wire, gates, and hardware
• Use hand tools, power tools, augers, and other construction equipment
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
