About The Position

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is hiring Fence Installers to join our McDonough, GA team. This is an opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with an established company. Paid training is provided, and motivated team members have opportunities to advance. This is a full-time, year-round employment opportunity.

Requirements

• 1+ year of fence installation, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Comfortable using basic construction tools and reading a tape measure
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding work

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving trucks and towing trailers is a plus

Responsibilities

• Install commercial fencing, gates, and perimeter security systems
• Work with chain link, vinyl/PVC, wood, aluminum, and temporary fencing
• Measure and lay out fence lines according to project specifications
• Dig post holes, set posts, and install rails, wire, gates, and hardware
• Use hand tools, power tools, augers, and other construction equipment
• Load, unload, and safely transport materials
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Work as part of a crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
