About The Position
We are looking for individuals with experience in hands-on trades such as carpentry, framing, remodeling, or handyman work to join our team as Fence and Deck Installers. No prior fence or deck experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training. You will be responsible for building and repairing various types of fences and decks, working outdoors with a small crew, and performing tasks such as setting posts, framing decks, and using power tools. This role offers variety in daily tasks and a chance to learn a trade that is always in demand.
Requirements
- Experience in any hands-on trade: carpentry, decks, framing, remodeling, landscaping, or serious handyman work
- Ability to read a tape measure and cut straight
- Valid driver's license and reliable way to get to the shop
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors

- Fence or deck experience
Responsibilities
- Build new fences and decks (wood, vinyl, chain link, composite)
- Repair fences and decks, including post replacements, gate fixes, and deck board and railing repairs
- Set posts and run lines
- Frame decks
- Work with power tools
- Work outdoors with a small crew
