About The Position

At GYMGUYZ, we bring fitness directly to homes, offices, and organizations. We are looking for a passionate Exercise Specialist to deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions. You will design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App, manage your schedule efficiently, and motivate clients to track results and celebrate wins. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and stability, allowing you to train on your terms with clients who need your coaching. We are redefining the fitness industry as the nation’s leader in mobile personal training, offering a supportive team environment and the independence of training without walls.

Requirements

Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
CPR/AED certified (required)
Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
Embraces using mobile and web apps (like Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy

Responsibilities

Deliver creative, high-energy in-home and on-site training sessions
Design personalized programs using our GYMGUYZ App
Conduct Reassessments using the GYMGUYZ App
Manage your schedule efficiently
Be social media savvy
Attend company sponsored events
Motivate clients, track results, and celebrate wins
