About The Position

This project will support FEMA’s initiatives by ensuring that the Government has immediate access to services required for the management, development, deployment, assessment and operation of grants business processes. This is a full-time, remote position, working 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Requirements

  • Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any Government-required facility access, credentials, or suitability determinations necessary to support BPA Orders.
  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years recent and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the primary point of contact with the FEMA CO and COR.
  • Manages contract performance by maintaining quality assurance, quality control, schedules, and overall program execution.
  • Develops and submits timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including technical approaches, staffing plans, labor mixes, and level-of-effort estimates.
  • Coordinates Order staffing by assigning qualified Order Project Managers, Task Leads, Facilitators, and other key personnel to meet Order requirements.
  • Coordinates contractor personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and task activities to ensure timely and compliant performance.
  • Prepares and submits required contract deliverables, reports, and other documentation in accordance with BPA requirements.
  • Conducts monthly progress reviews with the COR and communicates contract status, accomplishments, issues, and corrective actions.
  • Responds promptly to COR requests for discussion or resolution to project concerns/technical problems within two hours of notification.
