About The Position

This position provides medical educational and multidisciplinary team coordination services to the assigned areas. The incumbent provides independent judgment in diagnosis and treatment of patients, formulation of treatment plans, and direction of the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan.

Requirements

• Medical Degree with board certification
• Licensure to practice in the state of Indiana
• Knowledge of policies and procedures for area
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provides medical educational and multidisciplinary team coordination services to the assigned areas.
• Provides independent judgment in diagnosis and treatment of patients.
• Formulates treatment plans.
• Directs the interdisciplinary team in achieving the goals of the patient care plan.
