Requirements

Graduated from an accredited medical school or college of podiatric medicine.
Successfully completed ACGME accredited residency.
BLS within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
ACLS within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
Other Life Support requirements as deemed appropriate by the specialty.
Obtain a permanent unrestricted full license in the state in which they complete their training as required by the state.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of attending physicians, responsibilities include patient care activities within the scope of their clinical privileges commensurate with the level of training, attendance at clinical rounds and seminars, timely completion of medical records, and other responsibilities as assigned or as required of all members of the medical staff.
The Fellow will adhere to all requirements as defined by the accrediting body of the program (ACGME) and all hospital requirements pertaining to a Fellow within the hospital.
The Fellow will remain in compliance with specialty specific milestones per level of training.
