Feeder Press Operator 2nd/3rd
About The Position
As a Feeder Operator (Pressman Assistant), you will be assisting the Offset Press Operator of a Heidelberg XL-106 W/UV printing press as well as performing regular maintenance on the equipment. The key responsibility is delivering high-quality printing and meeting our customers’ expectations. This role involves running the press, performing quality controls, making necessary adjustments, and ensuring raw material availability. You will also be responsible for maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments or repairs on the equipment following a preventive maintenance schedule. Close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator is essential, and participation in other related tasks is expected.
Requirements
- Mechanical skills are a plus
- Printing Industry background a plus
- Entry level to 2 years experience as a 2nd Press Operator is a plus
- Autonomous, resourceful, accountable, and meticulous
- Great team spirit, flexible

Responsibilities
- Run the press and deliver a product that meets the client's needs and company expectations

- Ensure that all raw material is available before starting production
- Work in very close collaboration with the Assistant Press Operator
