About The Position

AGRILAND FS is looking for a self-starter who is well organized, dependable and has a passion for animal nutrition, especially cattle. As a member of our AGRILAND FS team, this individual will generate profitable sales in our feed division through target marketing, competitive analysis, and providing value-added feed products, services, and recommendations in an assigned territory with a flexible work location. Requirements

• Strong animal nutrition knowledge
• Demonstrate strong business knowledge, ability to collaborate, good communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities.
• Strong work ethic, self-starting abilities, and teamwork skills, plus excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in the feed supply business is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Generate profitable sales in our feed division through target marketing, competitive analysis, and providing value-added feed products, services, and recommendations in an assigned territory.
• Utilize target marketing and other professional sales techniques to earn business.
• Advise customers on value-added feed products, services, and recommendations.
• Contact prospective customers and develop professional relationships with current and future customers.
