About The Position

Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. This role requires a willingness to work the 2nd shift. Requirements

  • Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor feed sampling.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
  • Complete all paperwork and reports associated with the mill.
  • Match feed delivery tickets.
  • Scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work.
  • Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.
