About The Position
Receivers unload railcars and trucks over the pit. They have to be observant of the amount of dust produced while monitoring the flow of ingredients. This takes persistence on the part of the receiving personnel. The Receiving Department plays an important role in keeping the mill in safe operating condition. Must understand the hazards of working with large trucks and railcars. Be able to keep work area clean and do daily inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Must wear PPE while working.
- Honesty.
- Ability to push and pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to bend, crawl, and stoop.
- Good attendance.
- Willingness to work weekends at times.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Willingness to work and get along with others.
