Overnight Feed Mill Operator
About The Position
This position works primarily overnight hours to support feed production operations. Typical shifts begin around midnight and run through approximately 9:00 a.m., though start times may vary depending on customer demand and production schedules. The role qualifies for a first-year retention bonus. The Feed Mill Operator uses organization skills and livestock knowledge to help ensure feed mills run smoothly and efficiently. The position oversees feed manufacturing, maintains production flow, completes compliance paperwork, and supports warehouse operations, feed delivery, and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the manufacturing of feed.
- Complete required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to meet compliance standards.
- Weigh ingredients ahead of time, maintain bin levels, and perform upkeep and maintenance to keep feed flowing efficiently.
- Assist with warehouse work and feed delivery.
- Provide quality customer service.
