About The Position
The Feed Mill Operator supports feed production operations, primarily during overnight hours. Typical shifts begin around midnight and run through approximately 9:00 a.m., although start times may vary based on customer demand and production schedules. The role involves overseeing feed manufacturing, keeping production flowing efficiently, completing compliance paperwork, and supporting warehouse activities, feed delivery, and customer service. The position qualifies for a first-year retention bonus.

Responsibilities
- Oversee feed manufacturing and complete required paperwork accurately and promptly to meet compliance standards.
- Weigh ingredients ahead of time, maintain bin levels, and perform upkeep and maintenance to keep feed production running efficiently.
- Work with the feed team to assist in the warehouse, deliver feed, and provide quality customer service.
