About The Position

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the feed mill including: meeting production demands, directing production employees, and helping to provide a safe and positive work environment.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience being self-motivated and self-directed
• Valid driver’s license
• Meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member
• Comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy
• Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
