About The Position

Two Rivers Cooperative is seeking a Feed Division Manager responsible for purchasing and sales pricing for all feed products. This role serves as the relationship manager for all of the Cooperative’s feed customers, focusing on cultivating those relationships to ensure a strong connection to the Cooperative. The Feed Division Manager reports to the General Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, or a related field
Sitting, typing, communicating in writing and orally, lifting to 60 pounds

Responsibilities

Purchase and sell feed/feed products at rates to strongly contribute to Two Rivers Cooperative’s net income
Manage the Cooperative’s largest feed customer accounts to ensure retention
Seek growth opportunities for the feed business
Work in conjunction with Grain Division Manager for corn bookings
Collaborate with the General Manager regarding large business opportunities
Prepare annual budget for the Feed Division
Monitor and communicate to the General Manager capital improvement needs
Ensure compliance with HACCP/FDA feed production policies
Suggest opportunities for change and improvement
Other duties as assigned
