About The Position

Jennie-O Turkey Store is seeking a Feed Delivery Truck Driver for their Barron, WI location. This role is responsible for delivering feed to farms, maintaining vehicles in compliance with DOT regulations, and keeping accurate logs. The position also involves assisting with mill duties on occasion and requires the ability to work with pork products.

Requirements

At least 21 years of age
Mechanically inclined
Must have a current Wisconsin CDL License and Medical card with a good driving record
No more than one moving violation in the last 12 months or no more than 2 moving violations in the last 36 months
No more than zero OWI offenses in the last 12 months and no more than one OWI in the last 36 months
No performance work actions in the last 6 months
No attendance work actions in the last 6 months
No restrictions from climbing on trucks, bins, or lifting 50 pounds to shoulder height

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of locations of farms
Feed mill or feed delivery background
1-2 years previous experience driving tractor/trailer combo

Responsibilities

Deliver feed to correct farms, buildings, and tanks within the set standards
Maintain vehicles in good working order and in compliance with DOT regulations
Keep accurate log of miles, tons, feed type, and delivery times and days may be necessary
Other work as needed
Ability to work with pork products
Assist in all mill duties on occasion
