About The Position

This position serves as a liaison and provides assistance with recruitment, outreach, and admissions processes within the School of Medicine. The role involves administrative support for various student programs and initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• UTMB Student enrolled at least half time.
• Must be available to work some evenings and/or weekends.
• Must be willing to participate in local travel events as needed.
• Must be a current SOM student in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Student Ambassador Program.
• Assists with the coordination of Student Ambassador training.
• Assist in developing and updating various recruitment materials such as presentations and flyers.
• Provide administrative support for Outreach and Pathways programs.
• Provide administrative support in maintaining social media accounts.
• Adheres to all internal controls and reporting structure.
• Performs other related duties as required.
