About The Position
This position is for a Federal Work Study student to assist within the Health Education Center at UTMB. The role involves organizing and maintaining supply inventory, assisting with UTMB Student Orientations, planning and executing various IPEP Core Curriculum activities and sessions, and aiding in the creation of promotional design materials. The student will also be assigned duties based on their skillset and interests.
Requirements
- Be an active UTMB student in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and Maintaining Supply Inventory
- Assist with UTMB Student Orientations i.e. vendor table setup, engagement, breakdown
- Planning, Setup, Cleanup for weekly/monthly IPEP Core Curriculum activities and sessions: Disaster Days, GTX-GEMS, What’s Wrong with Warren and Symposium
- Assist in Promotional Design Materials
- All Assigned Duties per Student’s Skillset and Interests
