About The Position
This role provides essential support services within the Health Education Center, focusing on administrative tasks, event assistance, and simulation lab preparation. As a Federal Work Study student, you will gain practical experience in a healthcare education environment while contributing to the smooth operation of the center.
Requirements
- Must be eligible for Federal Work Study
Responsibilities
- Provide receptionist services to sign students in/out of scheduled activities
- Set up simulation labs including setting out lab materials, manikin preparation, and lab break-down and clean-up
- Assist in stocking lab supplies
- Assist with HEC tours
- Support general administrative duties (copying, shipments, filing)
- Assist in hosting major events including poster sessions, conferences, and Open Houses
