About The Position

The SFFGS Academic Team is now hiring a Federal Work Study student assistant to begin Summer 2026. This role involves working with the SFFGS Academic Team to update grades, respond to emails, name and file electronic paperwork, type letters for petitions and tuition waivers, register students in SFFGS courses, and perform other computer-related or relevant tasks. Confidentiality with student records is vital, and FERPA training is required before work can commence. The position is 10 hours per week, with potential variation based on seasonal workload, and offers a flexible schedule during business hours.

  • Federal Work Study eligible only
