About The Position
Assist the Director of Student Life & Ivy Cares with projects for Ivy Cares (the HUB – pantry, loaner laptops, hotspots) and Student Life (planning, implementation, and setup/tear down for programs, as well as general office work).
Requirements
- Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need.
- Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Student Life Director on projects.
- Digitize documents.
- Assist in the management loaner laptop/hotspot program.
- Staff the food pantry.
- Manage food pantry donations.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of Student Life programming.
