In the Financial Aid Call Center, the Federal Work Study Student will be responsible for answering incoming calls directed to the Call Center with high-quality customer service. As well as making outbound calls to students regarding their Financial Aid status and other enrollment initiatives throughout the year. The Federal Work Study Student will work closely with financial aid staff to assist as needed and to make sure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualifications, and departmental needs. Must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
