The Federal Work Study Student in the Financial Aid Call Center will be responsible for answering incoming calls with high-quality customer service and making outbound calls to students regarding their Financial Aid status and other enrollment initiatives. This role involves working closely with financial aid staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Positions may be filled based on individual applicants’ skills, qualifications, and departmental needs. Applicants must be eligible for Federal Work Study.
