About The Position

As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, Insight guides organizations through complex digital decisions. As a Federal Solutions Executive - Public Sector, you will partner with our delivery team to increase revenue and uncover new opportunities for clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your industry and technical knowledge to build relationships and identify new solution sales opportunities. This role involves ongoing review, update, and maintenance of a commission database used to track & compute variable compensation and set sales quotas.

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's Degree and 8-10+ years of technical sales experience
  • Public Sector - Federal solution sales experience
  • Certifications in sales and partner management, complex sales training, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close federal solution sales opportunities.
  • Increase revenue by expanding clients' purchasing into new solutions categories.
  • Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals through vendor partner teaming, onsite client engagements, and implementation support.
