As the Emergency Call Handling (ECH) Federal Solution Architect, you will serve as the Design Authority for complex ECH system implementations, ensuring technical integrity and operational excellence across all project phases. You will be accountable for the detailed operational design of the system, encompassing everything from equipment selection and call flow architecture to network configuration. This role is critical in integrating a comprehensive suite of products, including applications, directory services, IP/telephony networking, security solutions, servers, and storage across diverse hardware and virtualization platforms. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, Channel Partners, and customers, providing expert consultation and strategic guidance to enable high-quality Emergency Call Handling deployments.
