Elastic is a global company offering enterprise search, observability, and security solutions. The Federal Government Solutions team is expanding its US Public Sector Sales Development team to support the growing adoption of Elastic's offerings. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and creating new sales opportunities. The focus is on the quality of interactions with users rather than the quantity of calls. You will work with current users to understand their use cases and guide them through their Elastic journey. The role involves utilizing office space for in-person training, collaboration, and team building, with SDRs using this space an average of 2-3 days per week, depending on tenure, team, and preference, to foster stronger relationships and a collaborative environment.
