About The Position

Endgame Systems, LLC, a subsidiary of Elastic, provides consulting services for Elastic technology to government agencies with high security needs. Elastic is a global company offering enterprise search, observability, and security solutions. The Federal Government Solutions team is expanding its US Public Sector Sales Development team to support the growing adoption of Elastic's offerings. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be instrumental in identifying, nurturing, and creating new sales opportunities. The focus is on the quality of interactions with users rather than the quantity of calls. You will work with current users to understand their use cases and guide them through their Elastic journey. The role involves utilizing office space for in-person training, collaboration, and team building, with SDRs using this space an average of 2-3 days per week, depending on tenure, team, and preference, to foster stronger relationships and a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance
  • Willingness to commute to the Arlington, VA or Chantilly, VA 2-3 days per week
  • 0-2 years of sales experience
  • Open to feedback, genuinely curious and constantly looking for ways to learn and improve
  • Genuine love of technology, with the ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone
  • Hitting your monthly targets by being results oriented and focused on achieving, through self-discipline, creativity and passion
  • Wanting to be a part of something bigger than yourself

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with account executives, solution architects, & marketing to develop new strategies to build sales pipeline and grow our business
  • Balance the reactive work of responding to interested users & outbounding new prospects with a creative and proactive approach
  • Use Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messaging
  • Learn our technology and effectively communicate our value proposition with a technical audience.
  • Work to understand their goals and challenges to better understand how we can help
