We are seeking a Recruiting Marketing Associate Manager to enhance our brand as a top employer for mission-focused talent. This role will engage candidates and attract them to join our teams that deliver significant value to federal clients. The Associate Manager will utilize data and insights to strategically attract talent with critical skills through the right channels and at the right time. This position involves designing campaign strategies in collaboration with Recruiting, Marketing + Communications, business, and industry partners to execute multi-channel activities. The role is part of the Marketing + Communications team and works closely with the Recruiting team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B or B2G marketing, with direct experience in candidate marketing, civilian or military.
  • Understanding of the federal industry and recruiting channels.
  • Ability to translate recruiting priorities into marketing strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities to keep pace with business and recruiting needs.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Grow brand presence with key talent communities through an integrated program highlighting work, impact, people, culture, and career growth.
  • Cultivate engagement and grow a talent pool of key skills.
  • Generate quality inbound applications across priority skill areas.
  • Measure impact and use data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns and activities spanning web, social, content, partners, and events.
  • Create content strategies and develop multimedia content tailored to candidate segments and talent communities.
  • Manage and optimize online talent presence and experience on corporate web and social channels, and third-party platforms like Glassdoor, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
  • Create employee advocacy initiatives to encourage colleagues to share experiences and amplify content on social networks.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting, Marketing + Communication, business leaders, and account teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-driven, and optimized for impact.
  • Measure and report campaign impact using KPIs tied to awareness, engagement, and qualified candidate contribution.
