As a Federal Project Manager at DRMP, you'll play a critical role in delivering infrastructure projects that support Space Launch Delta 45 and advance America's space mission. You won't just manage projects—you'll help shape the future of U.S. space capabilities. DRMP is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to lead a portfolio of defense-related infrastructure projects at Space Launch Delta 45 (Cape Canaveral Space Force Station). In this role, you'll coordinate with military personnel, elite defense contractors, and government agencies to deliver mission-critical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is contract-specific work on the prestigious SpacePort Architecture and Civil Engineering contract—a role that matters.

Requirements

4-year degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience in project management.
Proven track record managing complex projects from conception through completion.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence at all levels.
U.S. citizenship (required for this position).
Eligibility for Secret-level security clearance required.

Nice To Haves

Experience with federal contracting or government projects.
Background in aerospace, defense, or space-related industries.
Familiarity with military standards, protocols, and security requirements.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with SLD 45 mission objectives and military standards.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and communications strategies for complex defense infrastructure initiatives.
Control budgets and allocate resources efficiently while maintaining the highest quality and security standards.
Establish and track project timelines, milestones, and KPIs using industry-standard tools.
Delegate responsibilities and lead cross-functional teams including military personnel, contractors, and government staff.
Serve as the primary point of contact with SLD 45 leadership, ensuring alignment with mission-critical objectives and compliance with military protocols.
