Fathom is building a fleet health and status dashboard for small uncrewed surface vessels, pulling data from a wide range of manufacturers with inconsistent formats and no shared standard. This is early-stage, fast-moving work: you'll get something real in front of end users quickly, learn what they actually need, and adjust from there. As our Federal Power Platform Developer, you'll own that build. You'll also develop the Power Apps side of the work: field data capture that holds up when there's no signal, since maintainers working pierside won't always have a live connection. This is deliberately a low-code, fast-iteration role. This role is tied to a pending government contract award. We're moving through interviews now, ahead of that award, so we're ready to move fast the moment it's confirmed, which may mean an offer contingent on award before the contract is finalized. You'll join a small, close-knit technical team working in rapid, iterative cycles directly with real end users, not a large program layered with process overhead. This is a long-term effort, not a short-term engagement, with genuine room to grow into technical leadership or program management as the work matures. This role is based in San Diego, CA, with travel to the Ventura/Oxnard area approximately twice a month.
