Accenture Federal Services is looking for an outcomes-focused Federal Campaign Marketer to develop and implement federal ecosystem-aligned campaigns and event programs that support key federal growth initiatives. You will be part of a team focused on enhancing our market position and advancing priority go-to-market campaigns with ecosystem and platform partners. This role will involve shaping full-funnel marketing programs to increase market awareness, generate high-quality leads, and accelerate growth in areas such as AI & Data, Cloud Modernization, and Cyber. Additionally, you will work with ecosystem and platform partners including Google, Databricks, OpenAI, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Workday.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience in professional services or other B2B or B2G organization (or similar in military or civilian).
  • Understanding of federal technology markets, emerging technologies, and the partner ecosystem landscape.
  • Demonstrated event program experience
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Campaign or project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills along with the ability to operate and build relationships within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar marketing campaign platform.
  • Metro DC area-based with ability to participate in local event activations

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing program leads, marketing operations, event management, and business leaders to ensure campaigns are cohesive, data-driven, and optimized for pipeline impact.
  • Support priority campaigns with execution across marketing channels (such as social, event, advertising) and lead “point in time” integrated marketing strategies—crafting compelling, insight-led campaigns activities to business priorities and market demand signals.
  • Develop and execute multichannel lead generation plans using digital advertising, paid and organic social, thought leadership, partner comarketing, and event activation.
  • Manage campaign planning, content development, creative production, performance tracking, and continuous optimization—embracing our shift toward AI-driven marketing to deliver faster velocity and improved results.
  • Partner with ecosystem and platform partners to shape cobranded campaigns and amplification opportunities.
  • Measure and report campaign performance using KPIs tied to awareness, engagement, content consumption, and pipeline contribution.
