About The Position

As a Federal Learning Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the trainers and adoption coaches who prepare federal healthcare end users for successful adoption of Oracle Health solutions. In this role, you will help coordinate and support training delivery and adoption coach activities for client deployments. This role requires strong project management/organization skills and is not a direct training role. This role is highly travel intensive, with travel schedules that may vary based on client and project needs. Candidates must be comfortable with extended periods away from home while supporting training and adoption teams at client sites. The ideal candidate is an organized project contributor, effective communicator, and collaborative team member who can work in dynamic client environments. This individual should be comfortable supporting trainers, adoption coaches, project teams, and stakeholders to help ensure learning activities are aligned, well-coordinated, and effectively executed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • At least 4+ years of combined higher education and relevant work experience, including: At least 1 year in healthcare IT consulting, project management, learning facilitation, or similar client-facing experience.
  • Additional higher education and/or work experience aligned with job duties.
  • Experience with training project management, preferably in healthcare or federal environments.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Tier 3 Public Trust clearance (required due to contract).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with Oracle (Cerner) EHR platforms

Responsibilities

  • Localize and implement training strategies and plans that maximize end user adoption, minimize resistance, and meet project objectives.
  • Remain knowledgeable of changes within the deployment and sustainment methodologies and communicate these effectively.
  • Build, manage, and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements based on key performance indicators.
  • Submit timely and accurate timesheets and forecasts; ensure compliance with forecasting targets.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings, advocating for learning best practices.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 100% and work additional or irregular hours as required (per local regulations).
