The Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) is seeking a Federal Grants Manager. This position will be responsible for managing federal grants for OJA, including Title II Formula awards, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and monitoring outcomes of sub-recipients. This position oversees subrecipient performance, ensures accountability in the use of grant funds, and manages the preparation and dissemination of outcome reports to policy councils, executive leadership, funders, and the State Advisory Group. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure program compliance, evaluate outcomes, and strengthen transparency across all grant-funded initiatives. The Federal Grant Manager position has expanded responsibilities, including advising executive leadership on grant performance and representing the agency in communications with federal oversight entities. This position works closely with the Title II Formula Funding Grant Administrator and is supervised by the Deputy Chief of Operations.
