In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and utilize multiple systems to document and resolve issues while following client-specific guidelines. This is a work-from-home position, however, candidates must be located in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX OR Atlanta, GA area to support required in-person clearance steps.
