The Federal Contracts Manager will lead the administration, compliance, and strategic management of federal contract vehicles, including GSA Schedules, SEWP, ESI BPAs, ITES, and 2GIT. This role involves capturing and managing new federal contracting opportunities, supporting contract pursuits, RFQs, and RFP responses. The manager will oversee Federal Contract Specialists and related team members, providing training, coaching, and performance management. Responsibilities include managing GSA and ESI contract modifications, negotiations, pricing updates, reporting requirements, and payment approvals. The role requires communication with OEMs, VAR partners, and internal stakeholders regarding federal contract capture, rollout, and administration. Ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations, Transactional Data Reporting (TDR), subcontracting plans, and ISO quality processes is crucial. The manager will direct SEWP program management activities, maintain expertise in the Federal Catalog Platform (FCP), GSA Advantage, EDI order management, and related systems. Additionally, the role involves managing supplier onboarding, Letters of Supply, stakeholder relationships, and developing training materials. This position drives operational excellence through process standardization, compliance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. This role performs work covered by International Traffic in Arms Regulations, requiring candidates to be eligible for an export license or be a U.S. Person.
