The Federal Compliance Administrator plays a vital operational and oversight role within the DOE Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP). Working closely with the WAP Program Manager, program staff, contractors, and community stakeholders, this position ensures federal funds are deployed effectively, compliantly, and transparently. Through energy audits, insulation, heating system upgrades, air sealing, and critical health and safety remediations, WAP directly: Reduces energy burden: Lowers utility costs for Maryland’s most vulnerable households.
