Support the efforts of the Advancement Office by assisting with donor and alumni cultivation and maintenance. This role involves handling routine office inquiries, assisting with the day-to-day maintenance and responsibilities of the assigned department, and performing clerical functions such as answering phones, filing, scheduling, and organizing. Additional responsibilities include conducting background research, reconciliation of accounts, maintaining records on multiple databases, assisting with special projects, updating constituent records in Raiser's Edge and Anthology, processing gifts (scanning, importing documentation), assisting with event planning and hosting, and supporting bulk mailings.
