About The Position
Responsible for developing, directing and managing a staff of associates that completely and effectively meets the fuel and retail needs and desires of the Company Guests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or three to five years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum of three to five years proven leadership experience
- A minimum of five year's retail fuel experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, and training associates
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining associates
- Addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employment
