About The Position

The Feasibility Manager is a key member of the Feasibility Department at Precision for Medicine, responsible for managing and delivering pre-award, post-award, rescue, and stand-alone feasibility projects. This role involves leading feasibility projects, supporting business development and operational strategy teams with detailed analysis, and presenting findings internally and to clients. The Feasibility Manager also supports start-up and clinical teams with site identification, study strategy, and enrollment modeling for clinical trials. Additionally, the role contributes to innovation initiatives to maintain Precision for Medicine's competitive edge as a scientifically driven partner for biotech and pharma clients.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of related experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • Competence and relevant experience in feasibility analysis and site identification.
  • Domestic and international travel including overnight stays up to 10% of time.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing proficiently in English (Professional level).

Nice To Haves

  • Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Established IT platform and data analysis skills.
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and with web/data-based platforms.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of ICH-GCP, relevant Precision for Medicine’s SOPs and regulatory guidance, as well as the ability to implement such items.

Responsibilities

  • Leading pre-award feasibility projects, including providing detailed feasibility analysis and input for RFPs (competitive analysis, historical recruitment, standards of care, drug analysis, epidemiology, site/country analysis), enrollment modeling, and site outreach.
  • Supporting and/or attending Business Development Manager (BDM) and client calls.
  • Applying established processes, templates, and delivery standards for pre-award feasibility.
  • Leading post-award feasibility projects, providing guidance for post-award, rescue, and standalone feasibility in alignment with study and client requirements.
  • Managing the feasibility project team, including training, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, verifying data accuracy and quality, and overseeing the site outreach process.
  • Presenting feasibility strategy at Kick-off Meetings (KOM) and providing regular updates to sponsors.
  • Engaging with patient advocacy groups and site networks to support study feasibility, recruitment, and successful delivery.
  • Conducting analysis of collected site data to provide accurate site identification, enrollment modeling, and study strategies.
  • Applying processes, tracking, templates, data structures, and delivery standards for post-award and stand-alone feasibility.
  • Participating in the growth of the Feasibility Department and Precision for Medicine.
  • Collaborating with Precision study teams to assess feasibility team input and agree on delivery plans.
  • Ensuring implementation and adherence to post- and pre-award feasibility processes, SOPs, templates, and tools.
  • Supporting the development of feasibility process documents and SOPs.
  • Supporting Business Development in client meetings and bid defense presentations.
