About The Position

Chewy is seeking a passionate and people-focused Culture and Communication Coordinator (CCC) to join their Fulfillment Center team in Mount Juliet, TN. This highly impactful role involves championing workplace culture, elevating team engagement, and streamlining communication across the site. The coordinator will collaborate closely with the General Manager (GM), Human Resources Manager (HRM), and site leadership to implement Chewy’s Operations Team Member Promise (OTMP), aiming to create a workplace where every team member feels seen, supported, and inspired. The ideal candidate thrives on building community, creating meaningful experiences, and is ready to make a difference.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or team support role.
  • A genuine passion for creating a positive, inclusive, and people-first workplace.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfort working across teams and levels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility and adaptability—able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
  • Availability to work a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted partner to leadership, handling sensitive information with professionalism and care.
  • Lead planning and coordination of site events, recognition programs, and initiatives that celebrate and connect team members.
  • Manage the Employee Relations Incentive Budget, ensuring thoughtful, strategic use of resources.
  • Represent the site in community partnerships and events, helping to build strong local connections.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Communications, PR, and Branding teams to deliver timely, engaging updates to team members.
  • Support cross-functional teams—including Recruiting, HR, Facilities, and Safety—on key culture and communication initiatives.
  • Keep leaders organized: manage calendars, plan travel, create agendas, and track action items for follow-up.
  • Own day-to-day office logistics, from managing supplies and meeting rooms to taking meeting notes and submitting expenses.
  • Ensure events run smoothly—from catering and logistics to creating a welcoming and inclusive experience.
  • Respond to day-to-day needs and take initiative to support evolving business priorities.
